About this product
Kanngou's 7-inch Nakiri pairs a vegetable-cleaver profile with a 67-layer Damascus blade over an AUS-10 core, a full-tang ebony wood handle, and premium gift-box packaging on the listing. The straight edge suits up-and-down cuts on produce rather than rocking like a Western chef knife.
Damascus patterning is cosmetic over the AUS-10 core—use the steel grade and blade length when comparing, not the layer count alone. Gift-box presentation makes this a strong single-knife gift when the cook already owns a gyuto or santoku and wants a dedicated vegetable blade.
Shop now for the 7" Damascus Nakiri when straight vegetable work and Damascus aesthetics both matter.
